Bio

Russ Green is a writer for BET, comedian, husband, and father of four from Washington, DC. Russ finds humor in the absurdities of life: white supremacy, race and identity politics. The Howard University graduate has opened for Alycia Cooper, Ben Gleib, Jason Weems, Kyle Ayers, Marina Franklin, Mia Jackson, Ms. Pat, Tony Woods, and Vladimir Caamaño.

Russ has performed at The Kennedy Center, The Howard Theatre, The Knitting Factory in Brooklyn, NY, The Laughing Skull in Atlanta, GA; was a featured performer on Church Night; and, winner of DC Improv’s Comedy Kumite. He also was a featured guest on the podcasts: The Mundane Festival, and Friends Like Us “Self Care” episode.
