Bison Impact Group, Inc. (BIG) is a nonprofit organization founded by Russ Green with a simple but powerful mission: to bring Black communities to the game of golf to build healthy relationships.
Golf has long been a space where business gets done, networks get built, and opportunities get created. BIG exists to make sure those doors are open to everyone — not just those who grew up with access to the game.
Through clinics, community events, and partnerships with local courses in the DC–Baltimore region, BIG is changing who shows up on the fairway.
